I have had several heat and air companies come and give me their evaluation on my upstairs cooling problem. Everyone except Meux wanted to sell me a new, bigger AC unit. Meux's service tech looked over everything (he was the only tech to do so) and said I had too much freeon in my system and said I needed better ventelation in the attic space. He was not trying to sell me a new unit. He gave me a list of things I could do to improve the existing system, which I am doing, and I would for sure call them in the future when I need heat and air work.

Mr. Meux was prompt and very courteous. He exhibited total professionalism while here. He placed a drop cloth down on the floor to catch any spilled water and prevent tracking. He hauled off the old heater. I was very pleased with their service. I will use them again.

When needed because sink had been disconnected due to new counter tops being installed, Meux came that day! (I had not been forewarned that I would need a plumber, but they came the day I called and explained the problem.) What they charged for this was hundreds less than another local plumbing association who had provided the same service previously when sink was new.
